This is the main diet in your 7 days diet plan. In this day you can take any fruits whatever you like. Except banana, grapes.7-8 glasses of water are essential in this diet plan.

Day 2:
This is the day with vegetable feast. You can take any vegetables boiled or raw whatever you like. Start a day with 100 g of boiled potato to get carbohydrate to get energy to serve full day.Prefer green vegetables to get good result.

Day 3:
Third day with full of fruits and vegetables. You can take any fruits and vegetable. Except Banana and potatoes.7-8 glasses of water is very important to keep your body hydrated.
Morning (8-8.30 am) | 1 apple and two glasses of water or 1 cup of melon with 2 glasses of water |
Morning snack (10.30 -11 am) | Papaya and tomato and 2 glasses of water |
Lunch (12-1 pm) | Cucumber/1 tomato/Boiled beet and 2 glasses of water |
Evening Mid Snack (4-4.30 am) | 1 orange and 2 glass of water |
Dinner (8-8.30 p.m) | Bowl of boiled broccoli or any fresh green veggies with 2 glass of water |
Day 4:
Fourth day is a banana day. In this day you can take 5-6 bananas with Milk.7-8 Glasses of water is mandatory to all days.
Morning (8-8.30 am) | A banana with glass of warm milk |
Morning snack (10.30 -11 am) | Banana Shake |
Lunch (12-1 pm) | Large bowl of vegetable soup /Wonder Soup |
Evening Mid Snack (4-4.30 am) | Banana Shake |
Dinner (8-8.30 p.m) | Vegetable soup alone or soup + Banana Shake |
Day 5:
If you completed the 4 days you can manage the remaining days with sufficient energy. The 6th day is the rice feast with tomatoes. You can take 5-6 tomatoes in whole day.

You have taken up to 6 tomatoes and increase the water intake ¼ of the daily consumption. Tomatoes will cleanse the uric acid in your body and also remove the toxins. The tomatoes are for the fiber and improve the digestion. Water will purify from all kinds of toxins.
Day 6:
Sixth day also same as 5th day. Instead of tomatoes you can take any green vegetable with large amount of water.

Avoid tomatoes in 6th day. The healthy soup and lots of water should help you through your day. Vegetables/chicken/beef/fish will provide vitamins and fiber to your body.
Day 7:
Let’s celebrate the final day of your diet. This day surely you will get a tremendous change in your body.

This is the last and final day of your diet plan. This is the most important day. You will be feeling good and light inside and out. You can have fresh fruit juice, one cup of brown rice or half chapatti/Chicken/Beef/Fish (All grilled) and other vegetable what you would want to eat. And the most important thing is regular consumption of water.
At last you can check your weight and feel happy to check your result. I am dame sure you will lose some amount of weight if you not cheat any of that diet. You can do this monthly twice to reduce weight, get happy and healthy life.
